Q: Are Smart Play products safe & non-toxic?
A: Safety and quality are of paramount importance to Smart Play and we take this responsibility very seriously. All Smart Play products fully comply with the ASTM F963-7 standards and the recently enacted CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act). All products are designed for use by children ages 3-8 and tested through accredited independent testing laboratories. Smart Play does not use any kind of paint or coating on its products.

Q: Do you ship internationally (outside the USA)?
A: Smart Play does not ship directly to customers outside the USA. Each country is served by an exclusive distributor and they will be able to service you. Please e-mail our and we will advise the best option for you.

Q: Do you sell products to consumers through the web site?
A: Smart Play does not ship directly to consumers and only sells products through authorized retailers. Please e-mail our and we will advise the nearest retail store or on-line retailers who carry the product line.
